The staff here were great, the room was really comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and lunch at a nearby restaurant; the location was perfect for our needs near Messiah Lutheran Church.

It was so close to eating establishment, and site restaurant and dining, particularly good location overall.

I ask reception to make a phone call for me to an other Holiday Inn Hotel. They confirmed but it looks like the other hotel was never informed. I booked this hotel directly before and got a higher price as booking by Booked.net

We booked a king size suite and the room was very nice. It was clean,updated, plenty of room, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay in the room.

I did feel the Heating/AC unit was a bit noisy.

The rooms here are kept nice and the staff are professional. They have a cool hot tub, too! 🛁

We payed 550.00 for 4 nights and we were put in a handicap room,and management refused to move us to another room,and to top that off we did not get breakfast with that price.

Management were snobby and there was no customer service.....

Bed was comfortable and room was pretty nice. Also really liked the bar/resturant attached. Was convenient for my husband and I to have some food and drinks. We really liked the fridge with the freezer in our room.

A foot rest for the couch would be nice. Also included breakfast would have been nice. Or maybe just cofee tea and fruit even.

The bed was very comfy. The bathroom and climate control were fairly clean. The staff was helpful and patient. Free breakfast included fresh sausage. Great location in the middle of Jackson. Friendly service and great value.

Some of the staff at the front desk was very rude.

Was initially told there was 'free breakfast' for all guests. Paid for 4 double rooms with occupancy of 4 each. Only two breakfasts were given for each room. We had several kids that went without breakfast in the morning. Also -- even though it said each room rate was for 4 people, the final bill added on an additional $20 per room for 'extra' guests. Rate started at $90 a room ... ended at $128.90 a room. We would have continued looking for a different hotel had we known the total was going to be that high. All students traveling were on a very limited budget.
